Monthly property inspections. The inspections will be performed between the 1st and 15th of the month and the 16th to the end of the month, client’s choice.
All inspections will be documented via digital pictures and video. Any issues discovered during inspections will be called out in your monthly report. A solution will be recommended to repair the issue by including a price based on a written scope. The price can be adjusted if the scope is not in line with the owners’ desires.
Inspections consists of the following:
Exterior inspection of the entire property. Main residence, out buildings, landscaping, Trees, and any other specific areas requested by the client.
Interior inspection consists of the following:
RH (Relative Humidity) documentation to ensure RH is below the threshold for mold growth. Inspection of all windows and doors for damage or signs of forced entry. Leaky pipes, Basement Foundation inspection for water intrusion to the basement area if applicable.
